By accessing or using PrestigeWA, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies or order terms that apply to your plan. PrestigeWA is operated under the Prestige Intelligence brand of GharKa Store. If you are using PrestigeWA on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
PrestigeWA is a business communication and automation platform operated by Prestige Intelligence, a brand of GharKa Store. Depending on your plan and configuration, the service may include WhatsApp messaging tools, broadcasts, team inboxes, contacts, automation, supported AI features, analytics, integrations, and related administration tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating or managing an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining control of connected Meta, WhatsApp, payment, email, AI, and other third-party accounts.
You must comply with applicable WhatsApp and Meta terms, business messaging policies, template requirements, opt-in requirements, quality rules, messaging limits, and prohibited-content rules. Prestige Intelligence may restrict or suspend use that creates compliance, security, abuse, or platform-risk concerns.
You may not use PrestigeWA to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, impersonate others, conduct fraud, distribute malicious content, violate intellectual-property rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse personal data, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform policies.
Plan pricing, billing periods, taxes, included features, usage limits, and any setup charges are shown in the applicable order, invoice, or pricing page. Meta/WhatsApp messaging charges and charges from optional AI, payment, email, hosting, or other third-party services may apply separately. Refunds, cancellations, renewals, upgrades, and downgrades are subject to the policy or commercial terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.
You retain responsibility for the customer and business data you submit to PrestigeWA and for having a lawful basis or required permission to collect, upload, process, and message that data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You must not upload or process data through PrestigeWA in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
We aim to keep PrestigeWA reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The service depends on hosting infrastructure and third-party services such as Meta/WhatsApp, payment providers, email providers, AI providers, internet connectivity, and other integrations. Maintenance, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or failures outside our reasonable control may affect functionality.
GharKa Store and its Prestige Intelligence brand own or control the trademarks, branding, customer-facing content, documentation, configurations, and materials created by the business. PrestigeWA may also include licensed software, open-source components, third-party services, and other technology owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party or licensed technology to users.
You may stop using the service or cancel according to the commercial terms of your plan. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security concerns, abuse, legal requirements, policy violations, or material breach of these terms. Data handling following termination is governed by the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and our operational retention requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrestigeWA is provided subject to the service terms and third-party dependencies described above. Prestige Intelligence and GharKa Store are not responsible for losses caused solely by Meta/WhatsApp policy decisions, third-party outages, customer misuse, unauthorized access caused by customer credential exposure, or events outside our reasonable control. Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other dispute-resolution forum having competent jurisdiction, subject to any separate written agreement between GharKa Store and the customer and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
We may update these terms when our service, pricing, technology, legal requirements, or business practices change. Updated terms will be published on this website. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through email or in-app notices.
